Corsair keyboard not working

Hi it's me Gifford. I just wanted to ask how to make my keyboard work again.

I just updated my os to windows 11 and bought a new Corsair keyboard for gaming.

I tried to use the kyebaord but it only lit up , it says installing drivers but keyboard won't work, I try inserting my old keyboard and that one suddenly didint work as well.

I tried restarting the device and update my driver's and it will lsay it's installing again but after a while keyboard won't work, tried to use the slot for my mouse and the mouse works meaning the port is not the problem. How to solve this? It seems driver is not installing completely.

    Kindly right click on Start > Device Manager > Expand Keyboard > Uninstall its driver completely, then download and install the latest keyboard driver from the manufacturer's official website.

    From your description, can your Corsair keyboard work normally without installing the driver?

    You could try uninstalling your Corsair keyboard driver completely and see if it works and typing.

    If it can be used without installing the driver, it means that there is a certain problem with your current driver and your system. You could completely uninstall your keyboard driver, and then enter safe mode to install your keyboard driver to see if it works?
