Can you get Minecraft java for free if you already bought windows 10 edition

I saw on the launcher that in summer 2022 if you have windows 10 edition, then you will be eligible to get a free copy of Minecraft java edition. is this true and if so may I get more info?

    Also: I have Minecraft Java and Minecraft for Windows. So I guess I'll be getting one of each extra, if my calculations are correct, right? ;)
