Help cleaning up folders on PC to free up hard drive

I am trying to remove duplicate folders/profiles in my Windows Explorer to free up space on my hard drive. I am not able to download any MS updates. I am the only user on this PC. My microsoft account is under Mary Hill, which is why there is a "Mary Hill" profile, and then there is a "This PC" profile.

  1. Can I just delete the Mary Hill profile, and use The PC profile, or will it cause me problems logging in, since I have to enter a passcode? Do I need a passcode if I am the only user?
  2. I back up to Google Drive. Can I remove OneDrive?

    Hello, how are you?

    My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

    I understand that you would like to free up space on your computer.

    The image you shared is not about different profiles.

    This is just the Windows Explorer navigation sidebar.

    Mary Hill and This PC are shortcuts to certain folders on your computer, like the other items in the sidebar, so you don't have to delete them, as it won't free up disk space on your computer.

    Press Windows+X, select Disk Manager and share a screenshot please?

    To do this, you must clean the system.

    1. Press Windows and type Disk Cleanup, press Enter;
    2. In the tool window, select OK;
    3. After opening it, select Clean system files;
    4. In the list of items to clean, select Windows Update Cleanup and also Previous Windows Installation, probably the largest items that consumed the space.
    5. Click OK to perform the cleaning, if any information appears you can confirm and wait for the cleaning.

    Check if the space is freed again.

    After freeing up some space, I recommend downloading the TreeSize tool and evaluating which folders are consuming a lot of space and delete it if it's not system file folders.

    I await news.
