Problems with Windows 10 and Dell Laptop FUSION Failure.

I had problems with the Windows 11 upgrade - black screen etc, so I reverted back to Windows 10 which is working fine as before except now the Dell update is saying that an update is available, and the problem is that it keeps failing saying that 'the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'. This is because it is trying to update FUSION.

How do I overcome this problem?

    Hello LindaHackett1, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    Are you using Dell supportassist to update drivers?

    Initially I recommend that you look for updates on Windows Update;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do all pending updates;

    Check under Optional Updates too;

    After that try to make the update available again;

    Dell Technical Support rang me and they were able to fix the problem.

    Dear LindaHackett1,try uninstalling Dell SupportAssist;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

    Select Dell SupportAssist and click Uninstall;

    Download and install the program again:https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-us/art...

    Try updating through the program again;

    What exactly is the program trying to update?

    Hi Luiz,

    I have now completed more updates which includes all Windows Updates and. Optional Updates, but the problem still persists when I try the Dell Assist Updates.

    This only started to happen when I reverted to Windows 10 after experiencing Windows 11 problems. How do I overcome this problem with Fusion.
