Hello , I know about moving capture folder to somewhere else to change the location. But the problem is that my captures are stored in my screenshot folder. There is no different capture folder. so if i take a screenshot and take a xbox clip, both will go to same folder which is a problem. Any solutions?

    Hello TanmayChoudhary,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Since the location is non customisable you cannot change the capture folder for both screenshots and game dvr.

You can change the location where the capture folder is located but cannot change the folder itself.

Try manually creating a capture folder (Captures with a capital C) inside the videos library then go to settings/apps scroll down untill you get to game bar

Click on advance options then scroll down and click on reset.

Restart the system and then try a recording and see if it shows up in your created capture folder.

I am not looking for changing folder. I'm saying that there is no 'capture' folder at all. the clips/images get stored in screeshot folder directly.
