I currently have the following USB driver installed on my Lenovo ThinkPad T430 running Windows 10:
Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft) version 10.0.19041.1566
I want to install version 10.0.19041.488.
I would be grateful to know where to download this driver.

Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear about your problems.
I didn't find the earlier USB driver that I was looking. I stopped searching because I discovered that the problem with my disabled USB ports was caused by a bug in an update to the Bitdefender Free anti-virus program that I had installed. I uninstalled this program and my USB ports started working normally again.
I hope you manage to solve your problem too.
