HP Laser Multifunction Printer 137fnw not scanning

When trying to scan with an HP Laser MFP 137fnw the windows scanning app returns a message that the scanner should be connected. The printer is printing but the scanning option is not working under Windows 11

    Good Day AttieBouwer,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Printer

    -Look for Printer driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled , go to this link and download and install the driver.

    Once downloaded and installed restart and check.
