How do I install a missing network adapter driver?

Recently I bought a pc that I’ve been waiting for. It had just arrived yesterday and so I got to work to set it up. When I got to the stage to connect my Ethernet cable to the pc and then my router it wouldn’t detect it. I tried to troubleshoot and it said “windows did not properly install network adapter, reinstall the drivers” but the thing is I don’t know how to reinstall it and I have no internet on the computer to even reinstall it in the first place. I tried looking in the device management to check the network adapters but nothing shows up. What am I supposed to do?

Could you share your computer model? Press Windows+R, type msinfo32 and click OK, when opening the info window, send me a printscreen please.

Could you please share a screenshot of Device Manager?

The drivers are made available by the manufacturer itself, so you need to access their website, search for the model or serial number of the computer and download the available drivers that are compatible with the installed Windows.

Click on Action > Scan for hardware changes in Device Manager.

Or download and install them from Intel's site if it's an Intel-powered device.
