Unable to Pair Moto Phone with Windows PC

My Moto g Pure sees my pc but doesn't pair with it.

I see 'Pairing...' but nothing happens for a long time.

I had no issues pairing the phone with my tablet.

I plug the phone in to the USB and all it does is charge. No prompt to access the phone from the pc... nothing.

Is there a setting in Windows I've overlooked? I do have Bluetooth on.

    Hi, my name is Neil and I'm a Windows 11 user like you.

    Sorry you're having trouble pairing your phone to your computer.

    Can you try the following for me please:

    Make sure your phone is switched on and Bluetooth is switched on on your phone.

    On your computer, using your keyboard, press the Windows Key + i to open Settings.

    Click "Bluetooth & devices"

    Click "Add a device"

    Click "Bluetooth"

    Now make sure your phone is discoverable by turning on Pairing mode.

    Your phone should show up in the list of devices on your computer. Click on the name of your phone when it appears. You might need to enter a code on your phone to complete pairing, but this might not be necessary.

    If this doesn't work, go back, but this time try clicking on "Everything else" and then try and pair your phone again.

    If this doesn't work, depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you can try and link your phone to your PC by clicking on the "Your phone" section on the Bluetooth & devices page and follow the instructions to link your phone that way.
