Hi HR1SD
I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The first thing to check is if a full set of device drivers is available for Windows 10 for your new laptop on the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website.
If they are not available, you should not install Windows 10 on that laptop.
2
If the drivers are available, you would need to create a bootable Windows 10 USB, then clean install Windows 10 by booting from that and wiping the internal drive.
Click this link:

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool
Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 10
During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC'

Windows 10 may self activate when it is installed, since 10 an 11 currently share a common set of keys.
If Windows 10 does not self activate, you would need to purchase a Windows 10 licence.
