Filter keys is on. No big deal, but I can't turn it off. Every time I try, it instantly turns itself back on, Over. And Over. I have tried disabling the keyboard shortcut, and messing with whatever ease of access settings I can. I'd really appreciate being able to type more than one key every few seconds.

Hi, my name is Neil, and I'm a Windows 10 user like you.

Sorry you're having trouble turning off Filter Keys.

Can you try the following and see if this works for you:

Type: CONTROL PANEL into the search box on your taskbar.

Click on Control Panel (App) in the results.

Click on "Ease of Access Centre" (if you cannot see this, change the "View by:" to Large icons)

Click on "Make the keyboard easier to use"

Uncheck "Turn on Sticky Keys" and also Uncheck "Turn on Filter Keys".

    Click "Apply"

    Click "OK"

    Close Control Panel.

    Reboot your computer.

Let me know how you get on.

    Kindest regards,

    Neil
