Hello - the system just freezes and reboots. I'm sure it is Adobe related, but can happen even when I'm not using the Adobe apps.
Yeah, there are no dump files at all.

Hello all,
I have the relevant settings on for a complete memory dump - but one is never created (I've made sure I can see hidden files).
Any ideas?

Hi prfclarkeuk
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Is your system blue screening?
1
If it is, on the blue screens at the bottom, is there any file with a .sys file extension listed?
2
If your System is not creating a large Memory.dmp file in the C:\Windows folder, is it creating minidump files in C:\Windows\Mindump?
3
What are you doing on your PC when it crashes to a blue screen?
Hi prfclarkeuk
If there was no blue screens, then there will be no dump files created.
Click your Start Button, then just type event
From the resulting list, open the Event Viewer.
Scroll down to find events around the time of the last crashes, and look for any event with a red circle and X is there any indication of the cause of the crashes?
Thanks - but as I say, all settings are on for a full memory dump.
you have to turn dumps on
pick full or mini dumps
just use google to search for the directions
