I had the same issue, and it was my techloq filter that was causing it.
I reached out to Techloq tech support, and they had it fixed within minutes by updating the version on my filter.

my computer keeps on switching off. It only happens when not in use never whilst I am using it
the most recent time I switched it on it came up with a blue screen which said "system service exception Twd64F.sys" any ideas what the issue is?

The file you've mentioned is a part of Techlog Filter app.
Run recovery environment, run command prompt and delete this file. It may be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Techloq Filter\ folder.
Then update this app or an app that installed and use it.
what will deleting it do?
and what do you mean by checking installed files?
Please delete Twd64F.sys file, this should allow to boot normally. Then check a list of installed apps.
