how do i copy and paste

There are several ways to copy and paste. I'll show you one way:

1- Click once on the file you want to copy. (This selects the file.)

2- Press CTRL+C (That's the CTRL button and the C button on your keyboard - press them together.)

3- Click once on the place where you want to paste the file. (This selects that place.)

4- Press CTRL+V (That's the CTRL button and the V button on your keyboard - press them together.)
