I can't login to iTunes 12.12 with Windows 10. I have checked to see if I have any malware and reset my password. Nothing works. I asked Apple support and they couldn't help.

My Windows version is Windows 10 21H2. I download iTunes from the Microsoft Store. There was no update. When I try to login, it kicks me out and prompts me to login again and I reset my password. I’ve checked for malware and I tried a clean reboot. I also installed a Windows update

I installed a Windows update a week ago and installed another update today. I tried the clean reboot. I checked to update in the Windows Store. Nothing has worked.

Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue but I'll do my best to help.

Just to clarify, did you make any changes to your machine before encountering this issue(like installing third party apps, plug-ins recent updates, etc..)? Have you also tried to reinstall iTunes?

Double-check if your machine doesn't have any pending security patches: Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates. Once done, go to MS Store > select Library > Get updates

Perform a clean boot: https://support.microsoft.com/help/929135/how-t... , temporarily disable your antivirus, then check again. Note: ensure to run the program as administrator

Another option is to enable the "built-in" administrator account to isolate the issue:

    1. On your search bar, type command prompt and select "run as administrator"
    2. On the command prompt window, type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter
    3. Reboot your machine, then login to your admin account, and check if you'll encounter the same issue.

Note: If you don't encounter the issue on the built-in administrator account, I suggest that you create a new user account (go through the steps under "My computer is in a workgroup") . Please refer to this article as a guide: https://support.microsoft.com/help/14039/window...

I hope this helps. Good luck!

I used that software to remove the components and all leftovers and uninstalled the Microsoft Store version of iTunes and installed it from Apple Support. I still can’t login
