Missing "Power Management" tab in device manager for bluetooth headphone

I have a new pair of bluetooth headphones and when I play or resume a video there is no audio for the first 1-2 seconds (which is especially frustrating when working with short audio clips)

After researching I'm guessing the issue has to do with the Power Management in the device manager (screenshot of the tab I'm looking for, for another device)

However this tab is missing for my device in the "Bluetooth" section.

Some posts suggested looking in the "Human Interface Devices" for my device and do it there, but it's not showing up there.

Would anyone know where the "Power Management" tab be located for bluetooth devices now?

Thanks!

Hi, my name is Neil, and I'm a Windows 10 user like you.

It's true, my Xbox Bluetooth controller does not have a 'Power Management' tab under Bluetooth either, but looking under 'Human Interface Devices' (HID) it does (see pic below).

I have also located quite a few other devices before that were causing people problems where the Power Management tab does not show up where you think it should.

So with your Bluetooth headphones, looking in the HID is a good start. Have another good look and go through each device to make sure one of them is not your Headphones.

Sometimes when you click on the properties of a HID it will give you the Manufacturer of the Device on the General tab.

If you can't find your headphones there, look under "Audio inputs and outputs", "Other Devices", and "Sound, video and game controllers" too.

    They should be listed somewhere.

Let me know how you get on.

    Kindest regards,

    Neil

    HI,

Can I ask you a few questions.

What is the make and model of your computer?

What is the make and model of your Bluetooth headphones you are using?

Are you using Realtek Audio for your sound on your computer?

    Many thanks and kindest regards,

    Neil

    HI,

OK, did you check the other places too ("Audio inputs and outputs", "Other Devices", and "Sound, video and game controllers")?

    Let me know.

    Kindest regards,

    Neil
