I've an issue with m590 stuttering when thumbdrive is plugged-in and do some file transfer.

I doubt that this may be caused by not enough of power to the usb port.

Understood. I'm afraid it's an unsolvable problem.

The reason for this problem is that the USB3.0 protocol works at the 2.4GHz frequency, and the wireless mouse also uses 2.4GHz, so once the USB3.0 port is working, it will seriously interfere with the work of the 2.4GHz wireless device. Not only wireless mice, but also Bluetooth devices are also subject to interference.

The way to alleviate this problem is to plug the mobile hard drive into the USB2.0 port, or try to stick copper foil on the USB3.0 port.

Yes, not freeze but suttering from time to time when transfering files and by just plugged in the thunb drive can cause the stuttering.

    previous m330 and m331 too.

Hello, I'm A&K, here to help.

Please let me confirm, your wireless mouse freezes when you transfer files with your external hard drive?
