I have a really old pc, USB broke somehow so I got PS/2 mouse and keyboard. It was working fine but then I updated the mouse drivers and my mouse started double-clicking(clicks register twice sometimes when I click once) I remember old working version said that it was out in 2004. How can I reinstall that older version? I can't roll back driver for some reason, I tried to search in internet but couldn't get anywhere.

Did you click on the MS mouse & choose the older driver? Your previous reply seemed to suggest you tried an older driver for the PS/2 compatible mouse & not the Microsoft version.
Is the problematic mouse the Microsoft one? If yes then you’d need to install the older driver for that.
There's only two available options: "Microsoft PS/2 Mouse" and "PS/2 Compatible Mouse", I currently have Microsoft PS/2 Mouse installed so I tried the other one, however after I install "PS/2 Compatible Mouse", windows prompts me to restart, after which I still end up with the same driver. Nothing changes.
Hello, I’m Virginia, I have 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10 build are you running - 2004, 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2?
You might have to reinstall the older driver via the entry under show hidden devices.
Right click device.
Choose update driver.
Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’.
Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’.
Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next.
Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next.
This will then reinstall the driver.
