i have bluetooth but it isnt working [DELL Inspiron 15R 5521] / Driver & Software issue / Windows 10

I uninstalled all of my Bluetooth drivers BCS before my Bluetooth was working fine until I did a Bluetooth controller optional update which made my Bluetooth stop so as I thought after restart it would be added again so I uninstalled all Bluetooth drivers in device manager, but it wasn't only Bluetooth LE emulator came that too as hidden

    Good Day Muhammed,

    First, go to this link and download the driver.

    https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER03171485M/1/Network_D...

    Once downloaded, don't install it yet save it in your desktop.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Wireless Adapters

    -Look for Wireless driver that was installed

    -Right click on Intel Centrino and Uninstall

    Once uninstalled, go now to your desktop and download and install the driver you just downloaded.

    Once installed restart your computer and check.

    The driver I posted is bundled with your Wifi and Bluetooth driver from your computer manufacturers website itself which is Dell.

    that's not working, at last, it says to activate Bluetooth using wireless switch and I don't have any Bluetooth switch on my laptop, the only button I have is a tower type network switch which is F2 in mine but that doesn't work,please help me here

    I am also attaching screenshots of it, please help me I don't know why it's not working

    Good Day Muhammed,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here are the steps you can try.

    Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

    -Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

    -Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

    Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -Type Services.msc and hit enter

    -Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

    -Set it to start then Automatic.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

    -Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Restart your device, then check the Bluetooth

    if issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver

    What is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

    To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

    -Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.

    I appreciate your time gettig back to this thread, please proceed with the steps below.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

    -Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall

    Once uninstalld, go to this link and download and install the driver.

    Once downloaded and installed restart and check the Bluetooth.

    I tried many methods of yours and also youtube

    please check what is the issue and help me how to fix it, I am hoping to fix it, it is very difficult without Bluetooth
