Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.
Try entering the value "%AppData%" (without the quotes) into File Explorer's address bar. What do you see? The Roaming folder should be under C:\Users<youraccount>\AppData.

I just received my laptop today from a company that replaced the hard drive with an SSD and did a clean install of Windows 10 version 21h2. While trying to move some data and apps to this computer from the spare computer I found that I do mot have a c:\users*username*roaming\ folder. I'm trying to move Thunderbird e-mail data and Google Earth data and they both require the roaming folder. I always thought that this folder was always found in c:\users*username*roaming.
But just in case I uninstalled Thunderbird and Google Earth and reinstalled them in case the folder gets created by one of them. Still no roaming folder. Can anyone help please? Many thanks in advance!

My bad! I guess my brain was fried last night. Forgot to check the box to show hidden folders. It's there! Many thanks for taking the time to reply.
