Registry error on boot up

So earlier today I was on my windows 10 PC when suddenly I got a blue screen error message with the error code being Registry error. So this has happened to me before and all I had to do is force shut down my pc and it was fixed. I tried that again today and when my pc booted up it happened again instantly I couldn't even boot into windows. I've tried to push F4 F8 and DEL and nothing has worked it booted up too fast! I also tried booting into Windows RE by force shifting and turning my pc on repeatedly 25 times and that didn't work either. Also after the Blue screen error message is done it just shows a blank screen but my pc Light is showing the power is on. Is there any way to boot up again without wiping my computer? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your time!

    Hello, how are you?

    My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

    I understand that you have startup issues on your Windows, I'm really sorry about that.

    I suggest you create a Windows 10 disk for another computer and try to recover your system:

    1. Download the tool according to the Windows 10 architecture installed here:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209;

    1. Run the downloaded setup and click Create installation media for another computer;
    2. Select the Language, then select the edition and architecture according to the installed Windows 10;
    3. Connect the Pen Drive;
    4. Click Next;
    5. Select the USB Flash Drive option and click Next.
    6. Click Finish.
    7. Boot with the Pen Drive;
    8. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer.
    9. Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options;

    Among the options presented, follow the procedures below:

    Restore the System to an earlier date:

    Redoing the Windows 10 startup files:
