Hi again Klaro,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
You can safely allow that task, that is part of a HP diagnostics utility that is installed on your PC, it is not any harm and will not cause any system instability.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
This small window appeared suddenly on my screen as I began to type a Gmail.
I haven't the foggiest what it means.
Below the above notification:
"Path: C:\program files (86)\hp\diagonostics\telemetrywatch\psdrtelemetrywatch.exe"
Allow Scheduler Console to communicate on these networks
Option boxes were: 1. (checked) Private Networks, such as my home or work network.
2. (blank) Public Networks such as airports or coffee houses not recommended.
Choices to check: Allow or Cancel
All I did was power on my HP desktop PC and open Gmail to type an outgoing email. Advice???

Thanks to you again, Dave, another issue solved! As you already know, my understanding of Computerese language makes it difficult to actually figure out what the technical words are trying to explain to me. I speak 7 other languages, just not PC! Thanks
