Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.
Just to clarify, did you also make any changes to your machine before encountering this issue?
Kindly double-check if your machine doesn't have any pending security patches: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
Run the Power troubleshooter as well: Go to Start > Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshoot > Power > select Run Troubleshooter.
You can also reset your power plans to default
- On your search bar, type command prompt and select "run as administrator"
- Type
powercfg -restoredefaultschemesand press Enter - Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options and choose the option "High Performance"
Once done, perform a clean boot and see if you'll encounter the issue: https://support.microsoft.com/help/929135/how-t...
Note: Temporarily disable your antivirus, then check again
Another option is to reinstall your display driver:
- Use the DDU to do a clean removal of your display driver: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/ddu-guide-t...
or open command prompt using your admin rights then type "devmgmt. msc" on the command prompt window to open Device Manager > Expand Display adapters > right click on your display adapter and select Uninstall device > the Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.
- Reboot your machine and and reinstall your graphics drivers by getting them on the manufacturer's website. You may refer to these guides:

Note: ensure to run the installation as administrator; temporarily disable your antivirus as well
I hope this helps. Good luck!
