PC is lagging when nothing is wrong with the internet

recently after a couple hours or so my pc will start to lag, in game I will freeze and not really be able to anything every couple of seconds and then I will be able to move again for a couple of seconds, out of games when watching stuff it will lag and freeze ever so often. restarting the pc doesn't change anything even leaving it off for an hour or so doesn't really do anything it only seems to be fine for a couple hours if it's off overnight and when I get on it again the next day. I'm pretty sure it's not the internet cause every other device works perfectly fine when it comes to connection. I did a memory diag and it came up with nothing wrong. I have bitdefender to check for viruses and what not and it shows nothing wrong either. I don't really know how to check if gpu or cpu has an issue or not so I'm sure about those but I checked the temperatures to see if they were okay and they seemed fine. I don't know if power supply can cause this issue but I notice in the task manager it shows "very high" for power usage. before all this happened my pc was running decently enough it would crash sometimes during my game and the screen would freeze but closing the game and reopening it or restarting the pc would normally fix it but recently one time my pc went really loud and the screen turned black after that the whole game was super laggy until I updated all my drivers using driver easy, after that it seemed to have fixed it and everything was working normal again until now I have this lagging problem. not really sure what to do or how to fix this.

    Good Day Fuhyo,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, it appears that Bit Defender is taking most of the usage, you can try to uninstall the Bit Defender.

    Visit this link to uninstall.

    https://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/

Once uninstalled restart your computer using cleanboot.

    Good Day Fuhyo,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

It is not advisable to update your drivers using a third-party apps like Driver easy, when updating your drivers it should be on your computer manufacturers website to make sure that you are going to install the dedicated drivers for your device.

First, can you please check what are the services and processes running in your computer in the task manager.

-Click Start, type Task Manager and open it

    -Click Processes Tab

Take a screenshot and post it here.

Also check the version of Windows installed in your device.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type winver and hit Enter

it will show you the Windows and build version and post it here.

I'll look forward for your response so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

this is what it looks like when nothing else is running (I close all my apps except bitdefender when I play to try to get it to run better) only apps that I usually have open occasionally would be like gyazo, discord, and brave browser aside from the game I play (lost ark). I wasn't sure if you just wanted the background apps in general or with my game open and what not so lmk if you want more screenshots.

and this is the windows version
