In my case Powershell ran in background, cuz I executted a debloater and performance tweaker on powershell, if that is your case, idk.

I solved the problem Formatting Windows 10.

I Tried all of the solutions of Microsoft and nothing works except Reset.

    Good Luck.

    Hi Luis,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

    1

In the Filter box in Autoruns type powershell, does that find any entries?

If it does, please provide a screenshot of the entries.

    2

Clear that filter in Autoruns, then please provide a screenshot of all entries on the Logon tab in Autoruns.

    Hi Luis

I will be logging off for the night soon, it is very late here, please monitor your system to see if the popups have stopped and if so, delete those entries in Autoruns.

Rest assured, I will be back early in the morning and I will check this thread to see how you are getting on.
