Thanks for the clarifications.
Your Wi-Fi network adapter is Mediatek. I don't believe the RAS Async Adapter is causing the problem.
I suggest you do the procedures below.
Reset network settings:
- Press "Windows + I" and select "Network & Internet > Advanced network settings";
- Select "Network Reset";
- Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";
Note: The PC will need to be restarted.
- Now open Start and type cmd;
- Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";
- At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
- Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.
If it persists, reinstall the Wi-Fi driver as instructed below:
Download the latest driver from the link below.

Uninstall the current driver:
- Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
- Expand "Network adapters";
- Right-click on the Mediatek adapter and select "Uninstall device";
- On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
- Restart the PC.
Install the driver you downloaded.
