I get tha prompt. I have no other choice but to hit cancel. It then gives me 3 options: “Back” “Try Again” “Other ways to sign in”

The mouse click doesn’t work so I push tab til’ I finally have “other ways to sign in” selected and I hit enter. It goes back to the game, and while saying “press any button to start”

So I comply.

It again asks for the usb key.

I haven’t found any other person with this issue.

Im stuck, I just wanna play this game. How can I remove this sign in option? I go to settings, and click “security key”, then manage but that too asks for a usb security key. I NEVER CREATED ONE…

No, this doesn't work. In fact, Windows asked for a USB Security Key even when I don't have one. So, I created one, and now it tells me it doesn't recognize it!

    The message I get:

    "Windows Security

    Making sure its you.

This request comes from Msedge, published by Microsoft Corporation.

Insert your security key into the USB port."

The words in the quote are exactly from the message I receive.

I am trying to purchase a usb security key on microsoft and can't seem to find it.

Also, microsoft is not giving me access to set up the account on my desktop and keeps showing as error of password.

Would someone explain as to why this is occuring? I've reset my password multiple times and it is denying me access?
