Norton Security

Is Norton Security a scam? I called 411 and the Operator could not find ANY listing for Norton. I paid for a year subscription again last March. They get lost from my laptop more and more often and my brother (a few years ago) had to pay a man $500 (Bank Debit card) for him to clean-up his corrupt computer and got ripped off where he had to call a 'Geek Squad' to come and fix it!

You might have somehow come into contact with a fake tech support scam...

I just want to mention that Windows 10 has its own in-built Antivirus/antimalware program > Microsoft Defender Antivirus in Windows | Microsoft Docs

Personally I prefer using a third party product.
