Wireless mouse wheel not scrolling...

Since I have installed the latest upgrade on Win10, the scroll wheel on 3 different wireless "mice" has stopped scrolling. I have done everything that I can think to do.

I just installed a wired mouse and it scrolls fine.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Followed every step, didn't have any impact. And I'm not being given the option to "roll back" the mouse drivers.

Again, wired mouse is working fine, wireless ones not at all.

So much for your ideas. Got any more of them?

    Hi BuzzBruggeman -

Thank you for your response. I see, if that's the case, let's manually uninstall temporarily the update that you suspected cause the issue.

    1. Open settings by pressing Windows Key + I
    2. Click Update and Security
    3. Click View update history.
    4. On the upper left portion click Uninstall Updates
    5. Right-click on the latest windows update and select uninstall.
    6. Restart your computer and check if the issue is fixed.

    Regards,

    Jerico T.

And FWIW, the wireless failure is on two different "mice", not just a particular device.
