NEED reverse image search for HARD DRIVE!

I am sending a copy of this note to both Google and Microsoft.  I'm curious to see who will correct the problem first.

Something both Windows and Chromebook need, and need badly--a reverse image search THAT WORKS ON THE HARD DRIVE!

It's very handy to be able to find matching pictures on the Internet, but what's REALLY needed is a way to search your PERSONAL picture collection(s) for matching subjects.

Example:  I have a photo of my brother, and I want to find all pictures (on my hard drive) that my brother is in.  I should be able to do a reverse image search that will pull up that criterion.

I can't fathom why this hasn't been incorporated into the operating system already.  (Frankly, it's unbelievable that it hasn't been!!)

PLEASE add this feature AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
