Hi, apart from what has been mentioned already, there is Clipdiary, though it autosaves to a sqlite database.
Save All Copied Text Instantly Right After It Is Copied
Is there a way for Windows to save all copied text instantly into a text file right after it is copied? Third-party apps are also considered.

2022-03-23T06:16:52+00:00 There is nothing that comes close to the neatness and simplicity of Cloud Clipboard, which saves the clips until you delete them. So they are stored, saving you multiple steps by not having to do anything but Copy.
You'd have to copy and paste into a word document or notepad otherwise. Multiple steps to replace just copying to clipboard.
Sorry.

2022-03-23T06:13:54+00:00 This is actually not what I'm looking for. I already knew this. It just stores copied objects in a clipboard. When I need them stored in a file, I have to press Win+V and store them by clicking one at a time. What I'm looking for is a program that can save all these copied texts directly as a file (for example .txt file) instead of storing it in a clipboard. Furthermore, it would be more convenient if when I copy another pile of text, the program adds a break line after the previous text and adds the new text there.

2022-03-23T05:59:43+00:00 What could be more perfect that a clipboard that saves all of your copied text just by choosing the Copy button? There is nothing on earth that could possibly be easier. Is there some reason you want it to be harder? Or did I misunderstand that you want to be able to copy and save text automatically?

Cloud clipboard already does this. See here:
