Thank you for your help. I have an HP OfficeJet 3830 and wireless.

There seems to be a problem under "Printer Properties" Under that it says "Document Properties" and gives a long display of letters and numbers followed by "caused a protection fault (exception 0xe06d7363)." "The application property sheet page may not function properly". I have no idea what that means but can't find anything else that looks out of place (understanding that I wouldn't know anyway).

Hi Helppls16, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Bruno Leonel, I am happy to help you.

I understand that you are having problems regarding the font in the print, it is being printed very small and I am very sorry for this discomfort.

First, what is the exact model of your printer?

Even without this information, the steps below may help you.

Initially I suggest the steps below:

    Step 1

Open the document you want to print. Click File and then Print.

    The Print window will appear.

Click on the option that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software, the button may be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.

NOTE: Tab names and settings may differ, and depending on your printer model and driver versions, some features may not apply.

Look for the "Document Size" option and select the correct size for your sheet, normally it will be "A4".

Look for the "Resize" option and select:

Actual Size: Prints the document without changing its size.

Fit To: Prints the document on a different paper size than the one it was formatted for.

Try printing, see if the problem persists.

If the steps above work, go to step 2 which will make the above procedures the default and it will not be necessary to carry out the steps for each print.

    step 2

Click on start and type "Control Panel"

Select View by: Category in the upper right corner

Under Hardware and Sound click on "View Printers and Devices"

Right click on the HP printer and select printing preferences.

I'm waiting for the model's response, so we can check if the problem is related to drivers.
