    Hey Carlo.

I hope I'm not wasting your time. you are giving a great help.

I tried other mouses and only mouses with Bluetooth higher than version 3.0 works. unfortunately my mouse is version 3.

    my laptop comes with Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 combo.

Is there any thing I can do?
