Why do you want RAID on your PC? I have seen many files lost over the years due to RAID, so many that I do not recommend it unless you have a valid reason. With SSD speeds, huge drives and backup imaging the only remaining reason is to handle giant files like for video editing. Keep that in mind and make sure to have plenty of backup for files and OS.
