Error 0x80072f8f Activate error

I have an issue when I install window 7 pro 64 bit and try to activate the window but it have a 0x80072f8f error, then I find solutions on the internet and found this thread

but it won't fix my problem. How can I fix it ??

    What to do if nothing works I have tried many different things none worked. I tried on youtube and google and did everything they said and literally, nothing worked.

    It's not just date and time.
