The promlem with Az-104 exam schedulling

I got an error during the Az-104 exam scheduling ,I speak with PSI and Pearson vue ,they said ,that connect with Microsoft .Please help.

Error : 50144: An appointment already exists for this exam on PSI. Please cancel your existing appointment and try scheduling again on PearsonVue.
