2021-12-26T20:28:00+00:00 Hi Paloma Thanks for reply,
Well, when blue screen appeared there was all of the troubleshooting options you mentioned and I've tried them all [Automatic Repair (Fix startup errors) - Uninstalling latest quality and feature updates(back to the previous version) - System restore (didn't work- no restore points) and finally the command line and I've tried all of your commands from my searching] and at the end I made a PC reset with keeping files.
Of course I don't want Restore system by deleting everything this is not help.
I need something to detect the cause of error or prevent the problem to do not repeat this again from beginning. I don't want to keep doing PC reset in urgent work time.

I understand that you have reset the PC, and it has had problems again.
I think the problem could be with the hardware or driver, and a BIOS update is needed. It is not common for this problem to reoccur at this frequency.
Since you use a Dell, it will be easy to see if the hardware is healthy. Use the diagnostic tool built into your computer's BIOS (preboot system assessment). See the article below for instructions.
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/pt-br/000179...
I know you've tried the tools through the recovery environment (Looks like you refer to it as "blue screen"). You've already tried these same tools from an installation media, as suggested by Paloma. I've had several cases where the recovery environment didn't help, but the installation media did.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
