FIFA 22 not opening on Windows 11

Hi, has anyone had issues with FIFA22 or other games on Windows11?

I've gotten support from EA/Origin and Microsoft already and no one has been able to help solve the issue.

I've already done the following:

  • Disabled app blockers / folders / viruses
  • Run as administrator
  • Cleared all Origin/Fifa files /cache, reinstalled
  • Repaired game in Origin

    can u elaborate on these steps for the technically challenged pls :

    I went into Origin and added the EA installation of FIFA 22 (in /ProgramFiles/EA Games) as a "Non-Origin" game

    This is marked as "Solved," but I don't see a resolution. Did you ever figure out how to fix this issue? We have been running FIFA 22 through the EA App fine since December on a Windows 11 machine, then this issue appeared last week. It's not an issue on our Windows 10 machine. I've tried everything from reinstalling Origin/EA App/FIFA 22, disabling Kaspersky, running as admin. I'm out of ideas.

    Thanks for such a speedy answer @Greg. Yes, that's what the first support instructed me to do but never resolved. (I also disabled my Mcafee)
