I have a Lenovo Ideapad 81H7 model and a few days ago I uninstalled my windows 10 and installed the latest windows 11. But the problem with this is that the touchpad scroll is not working properly. I tried a lot and checked the various site to resolve this issue. But I could not make it. Even all the touchpad settings are not available which is as shown below.

The touchpad driver I have installed is HID-Compliant Mouse.

Is there any solution for this?

    Hi GovindNeupane1,

Good day! This is Jhakesong and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. You might need a specific driver for your touchpad. What is the model of your laptop? I'll help you look for it from the manufacturer's website if it's available.

You may also check for a pending driver update here:

    1. Press Windows key + i
    2. Click Windows update
    3. Select Advanced Options
    4. Click Optional Updates
    5. Expand driver updates and see if there is a relevant item listed for your touchpad.
    6. Install the driver if it is listed.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
