I have found the fix. It's quite simple. I faced this issue and it annoyed me a lot.
The fix is to first uninstall roblox and then install roblox from their official website and not the microsoft store. I applied this fix and it worked.
The mouse cursor won't appear now when i flick it or move it to the top of the screen in-game.
Hope this helps
Mouse cursor hitting the very top or bottom of my screen
Dear Reader,
I recently started playing competitive shooter games in Roblox and an issue I encountered was that when my mouse cursor moves too up or down it hits the edge of screen, showing the title bar or taskbar respectively and I am unable to use my cursor for playing the game. A few times, I even clicked the exit button and it closed my game or I click on an app in the taskbar and my game is ruined.
If you have any way of helping I would be really happy as it ruins my game and the time I spent on it.
Sincerely,
idkagooddisplayname.

2021-12-13T12:47:58+00:00 The images below are showing what I am talking about. You may not be able to see the mouse cursor but that's what's causing it. This happens when I play for too long or my cursor goes too fast. Here are my laptop specifications:
CPU: Intel Pentium silver n5030 quad-core 1.10GHz
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 605 2GB
Storage type: HDD
RAM: 4GB SODIMM 2400MHz
OS: Windows 10 Home
I only use the in-built screen and the game I am playing is 'Energy assault' in Roblox though it happens with every single Roblox game. I hope this can help you find out the problem.

2021-12-15T11:02:04+00:00 Though the 'Automatically hide the Taskbar in Desktop Mode' did help me get a bigger screen area to play on, the issue was still not solved. One thing I noticed was that games (like this) from Steam all work fine. Minecraft also works just as fine but on any game in Roblox this is a common issue. For your question, I have set it on full screen mode although it doesn't make it full screen so I later click the F11 button and it's on full screen mode.
Edit- Another thing I forgot to mention: Whenever playing any game of Roblox, the mouse cursor goes out of screen if it's not maximized. It doesn't happen with any other games though. This may help to know what my full problem is.

2022-03-03T21:31:48+00:00 I have been having the same issue for quite some time, usually I will just hold the left mouse button while using shift lock, but this way can get uncomfortable. Most shooter games have left mouse button set to ADS, therefore ruining this technique.
Note: I play Roblox on a laptop.
Above is me using LMB with the bug in mind.
