I have checked drivers, a few videos, looking it up, all the mic settings I could find, and the audio output in case the mic audio was low. My pc shows that mic isn't making audio, and discord shows the same but the playback audio setting on the mic shows that it is working. It happened around 1 week ago as well and restarting my pc fixed it but not this time. At this point its either asking for help or pulling hairs until an idea sprouts.

Hello and thanks for trying to help as well, but none of these fixes have helped me, and the problem seems to be on my computer rather than my headphones since other mics I've tried haven't worked. The only one that does work is the one built into the laptop. And the mics I have tried on it work on my other old laptop.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Did you tried to connect the usb dongle of your headset to other usb ports in your computer? Was the issue still the same? If it is, try resetting the USB hub drivers and see if it helps. Here's how:
