can't access bios on restating windows

Dear Sir/Madam

Hello

I have windows 10 21H2 , motherboard GA-B560M-D3H,

the issue is can't access bios on restarting windows!

to access bios I have to shutdown system and turn off power supply then turn it on and power pc on,

if restarting windows bios menu doesn't show and windows starts normally,

if restarting windows any attempts to access bios through F2 or Delete button freeze pc,

if restarting windows through recovery "setting->recovery->advanced startup" pc freeze after restarting process!

contacted gigabyte support but they didn't resolve issue!

can you help me?

    If your PC is freezing on entering BIOS, then your BIOS may be corrupt, is there a BIOS update available on the Gigabyte website for you motherboard and if there is, do you need to get into BIOS to apply that update, or can that be done from inside Windows?

    Disconnect your PC from the mains electricity

    Open your PC and remove the CMOS battery (looks like a watch battery from the motherboard.

    Press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 30 seconds.

    Wait 10 minutes.

    Re-insert the battery on the motherboard

    Connect your PC to the mains electricity and check if you can then enter BIOS

    hello

    flashing bios while windows is running requires system restarts and access bios,

    other wise flashing bios will fail

    also starting windows in safe mode requires system restarts,

    and I will not be able to do that

    I already contacted gigabyte support but got nothing, that's why I contacted

    Microsoft , sorry for any inconvenience

    already tried this, "load optimized defaults"

    but didn't resolve issue

    have remark on your "Power to Developer!" , NVMe M2 is SSD not HDD

    Hi ao1793ZQ,

    Boot into BIOS, is Fast Boot enabled in BIOS, if so, turn that off and then check if you can enter BIOS on a restart.

    Hello

    My PC is freezing on entering bios during system restarts only, but can entering bios after shutdown system,

    I tried too many times to reset bios "removing COMS battery" and also made short circuit on two dedicated poles,

    Flashed bios too many times using different versions "currently F7", those procedures done with gigabyte support,

    But issue is still there!
