Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.

If you select the first option "ATA HDD0" and press enter then does Windows boot normally? If boot normally, this is just the boot order on de Bios settings and you just need to change.

1-Reboot your computer while pressing repeatedly the F2 or Del key to enter on Bios settings

    2-Go to the boot settings

3-Then you should be able to see a setting called "boot order"

4-Set the hard drive in the first boot order then click on F10 to save the changes and reboot your PC

5-After this change your computer should boot on Windows without showing this screen.
