This has been happening for 3 days now or 4, I got some very tiny dots hard to see but easy to see on DARK images or spots, my screen also keeps glitching all the time, the screen pops up for miliseconds, the same screen but repeated 4 TIMES on different positions, the dots keep running around the screen and when luminosity is at 100% it is very noticeable. Please help I tried to look for help on this and 0 clues how to. I think the screen is damaged but it doesn't have cracks or anything. Device: Laptop

PS : No matter where I am on my computer, restarting, shutting off it always shows them, it only doesn't show when it's turned off

That's most likely a hardware failure. If you can connect an external monitor and see if the same problem occurs, it will help narrow it down to determine if it's in the laptop screen or the video chip.

Also, if you can boot to the BIOS or select boot device or other non Windows screen it will help confirm whether it in fact hardware.

I'm not sure what happened now, I turned off the laptop for the night and turned it on today and it was gone, 20 minutes after I got a blue screen saying there was a critical error and it restarted my laptop, now the dots don't show up and everything looks fine. I don't know what happened and if something is at risk now.
