Constant Blue Screens with APC_INDEX_MISMATCH code

I've been randomly getting these errors with no logical cause. They happen at random times and don't occur when i do a specific action. I had 2 today back to back and one yesterday but before that it was like 2 weeks.

I've used Driver Verifier and got no bluescreen when i left my computer on for 8 hours.

I've used MemTest and left it running overnight for about 8 hours and still got no errors on it.

I've used DISM and got nothing from it.

I've used sfc /scannow and got nothing from that either.

I've tried reformatting my computer and still happens.

Here's the minidump files : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvplXIbUwtbBgVDfBtnDh-kBkeVz?e=2Fb2lq

    Hi Dimitrios

Your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver or other cause is listed

    1

All drivers and BIOS on your B450 GAMING PLUS MAX (MS-7B86) motherboard are fully up to date.

    2

You have performed most the required troubleshooting steps already.

Boot your PC into BIOS, if there is an XMP profile set on your RAM, turn that off, set it to default, or if you are overclocking your CPU, turn that off, then wait to see if your system is stable.

    3

If not, because you have already re-installed Windows and tested your RAM and the BSOD's still occur, I think you may have a hardware problem and it would be best to take your PC to the Repair Center to have you hardware tested on a bench.

    Hi Dimitrios

If there was a problem with your RAM that would produce errors in a 4 pass scan with MemTest86, I think the hardware error is on some other component in your system, not your RAM

So could the issue be resolved if I just swap out my RAM sticks? Also wouldn't a RAM problem show up on MemTest?

Apologies for that, here's the new link that hopefully works.

    Hi Dimitrios

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

I tried to download your minidump files, however the zip file is empty, please try that again and I will analyze them for you.
