    Hello אורן,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Please try using another browser. Check if the issue persists on that browser too.

    Hey Oren,

    Had you fixed your issue?

If yes - could you let me know how?

I have exactly same issue and I had tried to use other browsers - this doesn't helps.

At the same time all other sites are working fine - only live.com not responding.

Also in Skype, which I believe uses same authentication service, my account appears like logged in, but nothing works, I can't contact anyone and anyone see me as connected...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Thanks, Oren!

Yes, I tested it and it did worked with VPN, which led me to conclusion that the root cause is 100% external.

After that I was able to fix my issue - looks like it has been caused by DNS of my Internet provider.

Change to Google/CloudFlare DNS servers (8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1) on Network connection properties fixed it.

May be you should try it too instead of VPN use, which is much more simple.

I am using VPN now when I need access to Microsoft stuff. I tried reseting the network settings of the computer but that only helped for, like, a week.
