One day I came home to the massage on my laptop "connected with no internet." I proceeded to restart my computer which didn't work then I forgot the network and tried to reconnect but it kept telling me "can not connect to this network." I've since disconnected from the wifi on my phone and reconnected to make sure the password was still the same and was successful. It's been maybe 3 weeks now and I'm still having this problem.
I have an Acer Aspire E5-511P running windows 10. I've tried resetting my networks, changing frequency bands, updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling my network drivers, and even resetting my computer but nothing has worked. I'm currently connected through an ethernet cable with no problem but would like to have this problem solved so I can use my laptop all around the house. Please help.

I don't think so.
Does the Network Adapter get IP automatically from the WiFi router?
I've actually already reset my laptop. I posted this question after doing so because I didn't know what else I could do.
I'm not sure, how would I be able to check that without logging into the router's online login panel? Because I don't have access to that.
In that case, you can apply a factory reset and after analyzing if the problem persists, I believe it will help.
