I see the remove offline play option instead of the remove device option

Hi! I want to remove a device from my account, but I can only see the button ,,remove offline play" what does that mean and how can I remove the computer from my account?

    Yes, I am trying to remove a device, but instead of the remove device page, It says this:

    Remove offline play on this device

    When you remove offline play from this device, you won’t see it here anymore. Here's what else will happen:

    -You won't be able to play games from the Store offline anymore

    You can change the device used for offline play three times a year. You have 3 device changes left this year.

    Are you trying to remove a device from your Microsoft Account?

    If you are, log into this page: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    On the device you want to remove, click 'See Details' and then on the next page, you can remove that device.
