Ethernet connection frequently disconnecting and reconnecting on Windows 10

Howdy. I'm just about at my wits end with this issue, I've tried everything I can find to try with no improvement. Please, any help is really appreciated.

I use an ethernet connection on my PC and it keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. This is a huge issue for me, as I stream on Twitch and my stream will now randomly disconnect or drop lots of frames. It also disconnects when watching streams or other videos online. I cannot stay in online games, I get booted after loading in because the connection drops. This has been going on for about 5 days, previously had no issue as I'm on a practically brand new PC.

No other devices in my household are having this issue. I've checked, updated and restarted everything I can. I've reset the internet modem twice. I've gone through the guides on Google. Nothing is working. I'm happy to provide more context or information if needed.

Edit: Tried switching to Wi-Fi to rule out bad ethernet cable. Still having the same issues.

    Hi again John,

I've tried this to no avail. Tried a few other things from online guides too. Still having the issue and not sure what's wrong at this point. Any other suggestions? Thank you again for your time and help.

    Hello Kelsadilla,

Thank you for updating that information. Please try the driver method again then restart your computer using Clean Boot of Windows. Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Go to the search box > type msconfig

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Kindly check the support article below for more details

    Hi John,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write all that out. A few things I have tried already (Network reset, Troubleshooters) with no improvement or problems detected. I tried the driver thing and that seems to have helped for now. I'm nervous about the problem persisting.

    Here's the PC info:

    System Manufacturer NZXT, Inc

    System Model B560 DS3H AC-Y1

BaseBoard Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

    BaseBoard Product B560 DS3H AC-Y1
