My pc won't boot or restart just black screen

Please help, few day ago, my pc when i press my power button my pc case and my pc boot, my Monitor is black not start or restart, just black screen. My pc spec: Amd ryzen 3 vega 8 2200g, Monitor: Samsung t2735f.

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. Ensure that the Display/HDMI cables are firmly attached to your PC and monitor. Then try pressing Press Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B to refresh the screen. Also, check if the computer is responding by pressing the Capslock key. If that didn't work. Here are some things you can try.

    1. Power reset your computer.

    Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off

    then unplug your power adapter for 30 seconds

    Then power on your computer

    1. Boot your computer in a Windows recovery environment.

    Press the power button then wait for it to load

    Then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds

    Repeat this process twice.

    This will boot your computer in Windows recovery

    then on the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

    Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for safe mode

    If you can now boot in Safe mode.

    Press Windows key + X

    select device manager.

    Expand the display adapter

    then right-click on your graphics card

    Try the rollback option if it is not greyed out. then restart your computer. If it's greyed out try to uninstall the driver.

    then Uninstall.

    Check "delete the driver software for this device"

    Then click uninstall.

    restart your computer.

    Then open Windows Update then click Check for updates.

    It should download the latest graphics driver and install it.

    Or Download the latest driver from the manufacturer support website and install it.

    If you have Nvidia or AMD Select the clean installation option.

    Once installed, restart your laptop.

    If that didn't work. Try older versions of the graphics drivers.

    1. Try a system restore option in Windows recovery.

    Troubleshoot > Advanced options >System restore

    Then select a restore point then perform a system restore.
